A New Generation Joining our Family

We have very exciting times ahead as we are trying to grow our outstanding team.

Attracting, recruiting, onboarding, and nurturing new members of the team to become part of the family – and supporting them to be the best version of themselves – is central to our plans going forwards. For me, growing and supporting the personal growth of every member of our team is one of the most rewarding tasks we undertake as we take Obex Dental forwards.

I am delighted to report, Sab, Anna and I interviewed some superb graduates last month and the likelihood is we will progress conversations with a good number of these and look forward to building a long-term graduate recruitment programme, supported by a new campaign, as part of our new marketing thinking.  

It is not just graduates we are seeking, we have positions open across the company and are interviewing daily, and as part of our new recruitment marketing, we are introducing an incentive reward for staff who refers anyone successfully employed for any position.
